We experienced excellent service and support while planning arrangements that R. S. Kane funeral home had provided for my mother. Throughout the whole process, I know that it took a lot of patience for the staff to consider some of our needs, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff are very helpful & do their best to make everything done for the satisfaction of the clients wishes. The funeral home itself was spotless, and facilities were clean. I would highly recommend R. S. Kane or Kane-Jerrett funeral Home in the future for your pre-planning needs for your loved ones. I would like to say thank you especially Karin & Glen, the funeral directors who helped and guided me through this process.

My father in law recently passed away in his sleep. A number of family members were gathered at his house as Mr. Kane and his wife Victoria took him out. Mr. Kane went outside and found a small flower in their garden and put it with him. This little touch was one of a number of little touches that made the whole nightmare of conducting a funeral during the Covid crisis a little more bearable. The fellow who was in charge of the music at the service obviously was listening to my wife the day before as he picked my father in laws favorite song as we took him out. Wow. Really professional! Top notch!
We recently had a tragic loss in our immediate family. This was a very difficult time for us. John Kane and his staff helped us through the funeral process and provided what I can only describe as an outstanding service. Their attention to detail and personal service were beyond the highest of expectations.
Management kept their flag at half mast for weeks in respect to the Iranian community surrounding their funeral home after the Ukraine Airlines crash. It has not gone unnoticed, thank you for your respect and compassion

We are so grateful to Funeral directors Glen and Andrea for their kind and compassionate help. We read a Living Will which asked us to use RS Kane and now we understand why our loved one chose them. They have made an excruciatingly difficult experience bearable.
As we all know, when a love one passed away we just want that everything will be taken cared of properly! We get drained of our emotions due to sadness and feeling so down!
