Kevin is the best. He did excellent job from start to finish for repairing my car. Answered all questions i have and was very patient and understanding. Helen the reception is very nice and helpful. Best place to go to fix your car don't go anywhere else. They are certified and professional and you get life time warranty on the repairs. My car looked brand new after repairs! Like nothing happened!

I'm a little late on this one, but two months ago I've had a bumper replaced over here at DV North Collision. All in all, from the first quote to the final signature, the experience was pleasant and stress-free. Kevin was very up front and transparent with what the costs and what the steps to perform the repair would be, and offered a competitive quote to the other auto body shops in the area. The only thing to take away from my experience here is that the volume of vehicles that come to get repaired here are very high, and with the limiting factor being the time it takes for parts to come in, the parking lot is almost full. Attached: Pictures of the old bumper that was replaced for scratch damage

I brought in my 2021 Toyota Venza for advice on what to do about a small scratch and didn’t have an appointment.Within a few minutes, a very polite and knowledgeable technician came and helped me, took a look, polished up the area and it was great! I was extremely pleased! And he didn’t even charge me! This was at the John St. location. Should of asked for the technician’s name! I totally recommend going there for any repair or advice!

took my 2017 HYUNDAI Elantra to Don Valley North Collision Center . The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone there acts like family and it’s so inviting !!! Took 2 weeks (which is actually fast for the high amount of volume that goes threw there and the amount of damage to my car) to get my car fixed. (Front and back was damaged from an 18 wheeler) . They set me up with enterprise car rentals , and made sure I had all my paper work ready so I didn’t have to do anything at all . When I got my car back it looked AMAZING ️ . Victoria walked me threw everything that was done and made sure to answer any questions I had. Wayne was super funny to as well ! There was another young gentle man but I forget this name. They all seemed so happy and helpful. Thank you would recommend to anyone !
