Surprised with extra hidden fees and they won’t deliver my package unless I pay extra for delivery that I already paid in full. That’s not good service. Please be clear and honest with customers. One day you will be sued and you will pay billions in compensation for victims of this practice.
Hidden Fees. And they hold your package for ransom, they will tell you it’s tax and duty fee, but they are lying. Completely not transparent and deceive customers. Delivery and handling is good but their fee practices are unethical.
