Great crew, great pilot, any questions we had we were answered right away! Zan even let us fly the balloon a little and get some great pictures of use using the burner! Hands down worth it and would go again in a heartbeat!

This is a wonderful, professional company. They will do their best to ensure you have an incredible experience. It is normal not to be able to guarantee the timing of hot air balloon flights as your pilots top priority will be safety. Cloud chasers were upfront about that and excellent at communicating with me, getting back to me within the hr! Our pilot was experienced and caring; our little three yr old felt safe and enjoyed it a lot! Flying over the scenic town of stratford before sunset on my husband's birthday was an unforgettable experience. Thanks Cloud Chasers! Highly recommend!!

Terrible experience with even trying to book a ride with Cloud Chasers. They take forever to get back to you when you try to contact them. They cancelled our flights twice within a month and were the least apologetic. They don't offer refunds, so God forbid your flight is cancelled, you will not get your money back . No contact information where someone is readily available to answer your calls or address your concerns. If you book a flight with them, expect a delay of 3-4 hours for a response. I dealt with Tascha Klomp, whom I found quite unorganized and no idea what her position even is. Bottom line is, if you want to go on a hot air balloon ride, this company should be the last company to book. Reach out to me and I will be happy to share my experience!
