I purchased countertops with home depot and it is very disappoint experience. After they measure it, they charged extra more than estimate that I got. It was same size but they charged field assemble mitre and extra scribing that I haven’t heard when I got estimate. I have complained about it. One of staff in home depot said I should take that extra. So, I had to pay it. It is because I can’t get deposit back. Installation was also horrible. The contractor isn’t professional and took too long time to install it. At fist day they broke counter top. They said they are going to replace it. It took 2 weeks to re-make tops and delivery new counter tops with broken edge. In second visit, they installed counter tops again and they try to deal with broken edge. However, instead of installing new edge part, they just cut previous countertop edge and put two pieces together. Existing painting was also peeled off while they remove previous counter tops At the same day they broke my shelf and locked washroom door. The worst experience was silicon under sink. There was too many gaps between countertop and sink and it caused water leaks. One week later, they visit again to fix shelf and water leaks but they just put more silicon in it. 3 months later, it started water leaks into the countertops and eventually, the countertop under the sink is swelled. Result is also too disappointed. a lot of silicons were on top and edge of two counter tops that are joined is too sharp and it is not aligned properly. The contractor could make mistake for sure. Broken shelf and broken counter tops are totally fine. However the customer service and installation quality were terrible. I didn’t pay for this quality. Poor customer service and terrible quality. I won’t recommend to install counter tops

We had Top Shop do a kitchen, laundry room, and then 2 bathrooms and could not have been more pleased with the ability to pick exactly what we wanted, have it fit perfectly, and get a fair price. When it came time to renovate a basement bathroom, they were very helpful and gave us a great price. We didn't even think about going elsewhere and found exactly what we wanted in the remnant section.
Purchased counter top from home depot they ordered from top shop counter top 3 times they make wrong size and blaming each other, they send someone name bruce and he was so rude don't have any sense how to talk with customers never buy kitchen counter top from home depot and the top shop now with in 3 weeks it start loosing glue its breaking down now horrible experience i wasted my 3 months back and forward i lost my money stay away bruce took all measurements i paid for measurements still they are saying i sign the paper so please don't sign any paper and on one side cornor they didn't put lamanate asking us to put glue and cut in shape very shame and very professionals see pictures
Had an amazing experience with this store. Linda was an absolute gem to work with. The granite countertops are absolutely gorgeous and the sink and matching faucet are perfect. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a one of a kind counter experience
I have been to every countertop shop in London Ontario looking for a granite countertop. This location had a large selection of granite countertops, cutting and install only took a week and a half from measurements. Installers were professional. I feel like I got my countertop for a good price. Quality and installation of the countertop is excellent, especially compared to the other shops. They also had very good and informed sales staff. Overall I’m a happy customer and would recommend to someone else.
