It has pretty good food, and is very clean, but absolutely no real sense of atmosphere. Many times, the atmosphere contributes greatly to the experience that a customer has. I liked the fact that you could substitute naan bread for other sandwich bread types.

I got the mango bubble tea with the mango bubbles and the Chipotle chicken panini and they were both absolutely delicious. Maybe a tad bit pricey for the sandwich but still great. The guys there were very nice as well

Their bubble tea is great, not overly sweet like some places. The Panini's are fresh and flavourful, and the staff is so nice. They are doing really well following COVID protocols. Awesome job guys!

Great service and a really good variety of teas and bubble teas. Nice place to sit and enjoy a lunch (wraps and salads looked delicious!) And everything is reasonably priced. We will be back here again for sure!

Has the right ambiance as a tea place should be. Relaxing and excellent service. The london fog was delicious and the bubble tea as well. A lowkey good place to chill in.
