I previously wrote a review that I enjoyed the view while having my treatment, however, I wrote the review while I was undergoing the treatment. I have since changed my opinion. When you go in, you sign your life away against all the scary possible side effects of fat freezing, however, after my treatment was over, it was obvious that I'd been ripped off. Yes, I bought a Groupon. After the equipment was removed, my skin was barely even chilled to the touch, never mind frozen. There was no tingling sensation as my skin "warmed", because it was never cold. There was no uncomfortable sensation as the treatment was taking place, because it wasn't doing anything! Guess what...6-8 weeks later...zero difference! GIANT RIP OFF!!!!

Today was my first experience at the Skinny Spa. I got a cryolipolysis/fat freezing treatment with Lynn and it went well. The procedure took 45 minutes and went as described: first heat, then cold/tingling. It wasn't uncomfortable and I'm hoping to see the results in 1-3 months. Although not an exact science, the two applicators were placed about an inch off, so not symmetrical, which I hope won't affect the results. The service and view are amazing and would highly recommend for the price.
I just would like to say everyone was super nice and professional I didn’t even get a treatment done but was with my mom for hers. After seeing how Lyndee treated my mom and I it made me want to come back with an appointment for myself. She was super kind sweet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend going here and will be booking the mother daughter special for myself and my mom. Highly recommend.
For my plus size ladies who are hesitant. Don’t be! Being bigger I thought it would take multiple tries. I was hesitant and I finally went for the fat freezing and amazing experience. The room is so nice and cozy and the view amazing! Only 9 days in and I see such great results already. And I still have 3 more weeks to see more results! I was sold after my first session that I already booked for my second session. Worth the commuting for and the price is by far the best out of everyone I have searched up on in edmonton and other areas. Lyndee makes u feel right at home. Plus size ladies. Just look at my pictures. Only 9 days later and I got results. It works. Love it
The Skinny Spa is a hidden gem in a corporate downtown tower. The office is small, but it's very clean and bright and beautifully decorated. Lyndee is sweet and professional, very gentle in her approach. I enjoyed my treatment while relaxing and watching Netflix. The amazing view of the city from the TD tower is an added bonus. Looking forward to my next visit!

Lyndee is such a darling, so sweet and kind. She has AMAZING customer service skills. I had the fat freeze done and seen results after the first treatment and this is my second one so I’m very excited to see the final results. She is extremely knowledgeable, she explained everything. It’s a very cute, cozy and clean atmosphere. I brought my daughter with me and after she saw what it was like and how terrific Lyndee was she is booking an appointment too. Will definitely be coming back soon Thank you so much Lyndee for the wonderful experience
Very disappointed with the service I received. I had to cancel my appointment the same day due to a sudden death in the family and was charged a cancellation fee. Both the manager and owner decided this was not a good enough reason to issue a refund. I would have hoped to see more compassion, especially under the circumstances but this shows they value money over customers. Will not be returning.
