I can't say enough good things about The Phone Link! Not only are they very reasonably priced (among the most affordable downtown), but the turnaround time was incredibly short (less than an hour) and they're also very honest. Instead of replacing my screen that was permanently black after dropping it, they informed me that it wasn't actually broken, but instead just became disconnected. This saved me 100! On top of all this, Akeem was a real pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be using them for all my mobile repairs in the future. Thank you!!

Traded in some phone and these guys hooked me up with an iPhone XR and it’s amazing. For sure recommend them for any and all phone needs. I also traded in my old laptop and they gave me a MacBook Air 2014 model and it’s so fast and helps me so much with my school work and business. There prices are unbelievable and the service is for sure amazing. They are all so nice and helpful they for sure go above and beyond. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Keep up the amazing work!!
The best prices you'll find for excellent quality phones and repairs of any kind. Staff is extremely friendly, kind and most of all helpful. They were also extremely patient while I was transferring all the data from my old phone to the one I had just purchased, which to be fair took a good hour Definitely recommend 10000% for any repair services you need for any of your devices, as well as for any purchases or sales you wish to do. Excellent service! I contacted The Phone Link for an estimate to fix a chipped screen mid-afternoon on a Saturday. I received a text from Corey with a quote for the repair. I dropped off the phone a little bit before 5:00 pm and the phone was ready for curbside pickup at 7:00 pm was as promised. I recently purchased a used Samsung S8 from this business and wanted to leave a comment in regards to how fantastic the condition and quality of the device was especially for the price that I paid for it. After a couple of days getting used to it I can tell you that it is absolutely more than what I paid for. In addition to this their representative Akeem was kind enough to even deliver the device to my home. This wonderful business is only matched by the wonderful quality of its service.
