I just had an appointment with my Nicole, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy to have found her. I have seen a few audiologists and she is by far the best. She has No agenda to sell you expensive hearing equipment! Just honest knowledgeable straight forward advise and assessment of your issue. I would highly recommend you making the trip from Toronto or anywhere and come to Oakville to have her help you.

Dr. Nicole is pleasant, knowledgeable, polite and skillful. Got a hearing test done for my mom today, and some quotes for hearing aids. Totally recommend her, prices lower/ comparable to industry. Just shake my head at sticker shock of how much these things cost across the Western world by closely guarded handful of manufacturers.

My daughter has been a patient at Oakville Hearing since she was about 10 years old (8 years). It isn't easy being a parent of a child who looses their hearing. Nicole has been amazing and patient with us as we deal with hearing aids and FM systems. We couldn't ask for better service! We love Oakville Hearing so much that my dad has been coming to see Nicole for 4 years. He drives in from Stoney Creek, just to see her! She explains everything in detail, giving the best options for devices and then explains things again when you need clarification (or forget) without getting frustrated! I highly recommend Nicole and the staff at Oakville Hearing.
