Shop here for many of my needs, often good sale prices and the store is kept nice and clean. The only downfall is the employees. For the majority, not all, the employees have no idea about anything. I think more training and giving them specific areas to work in might help them help the customer better. As well as putting more employees in busier areas of the store, for example, when needing wood cut in the back we have to walk around the whole store looking for a single employee who is allowed to use the machine. Some employees will call for someone's help through their Walkie talkies but rarely does anyone show up. However I would like to commend our local home Depot for how they are handling the lock downs, they are quick to deliver to your car when you use curbside pick up. The only negative to the curbside pick up is the website does not update when items are purchased so I have ordered items before, paid online with my credit card and had it declined hours later or the next day because the items aren't in stock even though they were according to the website. This is a little frustrating when you think you're waiting for an email for pick up only to get told it's canceled.

Did Curbside pickup at home Depot for the first time. My order was not accurate and had to call again and Wait for the corrected items to be brought out to me. Quick enough service otherwise

Obviously because of Covid, curb side only but for contractors they should be able to go in or atleast order at the door. I've waited for 20 min then they told me I have to order online so I did but me being on company time and on customer time I then have to wait for them to get order ready which was about 30 min but could take a few hours . Once it was ready I couldn't just pick it up since u have to check in throught the email confirmation which office gets and not me and I didn't know about, so I waited another 20 min then had to call the boss and have him confirm details. Staff was reasonable with me but not one staff came out and helped me out so frustrating this curbside pickup

Let's all agree that's this covid is a thorn in everyone's foot. Seeing as the stores are closed to the public we are forced to shop online. Ok fine, I ordered all the materials for my bathroom reno. Now shopping online is not something I enjoy doing, let alone trying to design a bathroom to make sure the colors match. Being color blind its extremely difficult. So I placed my order for a vanity combo wich includes 49'' vanity with top 36" mirror and 26" wall medicine caniet. Vanity and wall cabinet was sopost to be antique walnut and mirror in distressed grey. Vanity and mirror came in within 5 days was very happy then I opened and noticed that both where distressed grey. The next day i receive a email instructing me that my order was updated. What they updated was my wall cabinet quality when from 1 to 0. No reason just the email. Tried calling waited over an hour for call back just to get hung up on after 1 min speaking with agent Gabi. Tried calling back just for automation to tell me that their phones have reached maximum calls and for me to call back later and hangs up. Just want to know what happend to the colors and the wall cabinet. I was designed the bathroom around the colors antique walnut not distressed grey. So thanks home depot
