Its a home depot. You go in, get what you're looking for 96% of the time. Service is meh, reluctant to price match, I like to support local but when trying to price match pricey products, it has been a headache before. Good variation of products in comparison to competitors in town, as long as the product you're in search for suits a home depot, you'll find it here.

Home Depot A great service day! I came here to pick up a number of items. I asked the first employee I saw about an item I required and she quickly called over the radio to get me help. As I moved through the store picking up the items I came for, I had someone different helping me out. Each and every employee was quick to assist, even the cashier was excellent. It is truly a testament to the customer service culture instilled in the employees of this store. I left feeling good about my shopping experience. Thank you.

We have spent lots of money in this store, washer, dryer, fridge and much more. After consulting the website for a tool I desperately needed, the site said, ya. We have 4 of them. I found an associate as I couldn’t find the item. We where there for an hour, with three of them searching for the tool that was going to save my bacon the next day. The sales people made a decent effort but I left empty handed. This was a complete waste of my time and I feel Like Home Depot owes me for 2 hours of my time, including driving.

Easy store to navigate. Good folks for the most part that are friendly and helpful. Its the local hardware store for the most part as you can never find anything in home hardware. Come here for pretty well everything but Lumber.

The HD in Okotoks is exactly what you're expecting of it. The people working here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There's been a few times where an employee would direct me to someone else because it was not their department or were not comfortable giving advice. This is something I can respect and appreciate, nobody knows it all!
