We placed a fairly last-minute order for a birthday cake. The customer service couldn't have been better. Rano responded to our request promptly, and produced a truly exceptional cake for our teenager's birthday. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. It was a huge success! We were so pleased with our experience. I highly recommend The Flavour Fox.

Delicious homemade gelato, made in-store every day. Ordered the three flavour gelato, pistachio, chocolate and raisin & rum. My favourite of the three was the pistachio. Very creamy and smooth. Their covid safety protocols are exceptional. They’re not open for dine-in but they have a really good online ordering system on their website, which allows you to pay ahead of time using contactless methods. They also have an efficient curbside pickup system. They have a bunch of spots on the side parking lot designated for curbside pick up, similar to McDonald’s, where you specify which parking spot you are current parked in and they will bring out your order to that parking spot. They also have an express curbside pickup spot at the front of the store if you’re in a rush. They have clear stickers to guide where you should stand outside of the shop to maintain a 2m distance between you and the people around you.

Amazing customer service!! I sent a message before Christmas inquiring about their hot chocolate bombs. They responded quickly letting me know they were sold out. A few days later they reached out to tell me they were back in stock and I could place my order online. I placed an order, they were ready by the instructed time, and their pick up was a breeze. They have a great outdoor window set up for pick up or you can call for curbside pickup from their designated spaces. They were soo appreciative of the support for their small business AND the product is almost too pretty to eat! But I did eat them and they were delicious!
Requested a custom cake for my daughter's birthday to make it a little extra special during quarantine. I emailed in some ideas and they far exceeded my expectations! We were blown away with the cake and it tasted as good as it looked. Friendly customer service and we will definitely be ordering a cake from them again soon! Thank you Rano and the flavour fox for making my daughter's birthday one to remember.
