I trusted Howie with a century old pocket watch that I got from my dad. It hasn't run in years. I live in Northern Alberta, so The Dialed In Watchmaker fixed the watch, and sent it to me, very securely packaged! The watch runs beautifully, sounds exactly like an old watch should, and is definitely one of my most treasured possessions. I had a fantastic experience having my watch worked on by Howie. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process. He also responds to emails in a timely manner and walked me through the entire process of what's being worked on so I know what exactly to expect.
