This spa is a complete hidden gem! I just had a massage from Peter and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish he took care of my concerns I had on my lower back and shoulder areas. He was very experienced and got right to the root cause of my lower back and shoulder tightness. You are in great hands at Kalola spa ! Highly recommend and a true 5 star experience.

On a recent trip to Blue Mountain, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a (much needed) couple's RMT massage after an overwhelming summer. I have had massages in the past and this was my boyfriend's first. To say it was an excellent experience would be an understatement! The booking process was simple, the price was reasonable and the location was unbeatable. The facilities were clean, relaxing and smelled amazing! Michael and Heather were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. In comparison to other massages in the past, I found this one to be the best- Michael personalized my massage to focus on where I needed it most and took his time to give me a thorough introductory massage that was efficient and both relieving and relaxing. Heather made my boyfriend feel very comfortable throughout. We both left feeling much better then we walked in. We would highly recommend Kalola Spa for your next visit to Blue Mountain and will surely be back ourselves, Thank you Heather and Michael!
I had a wonderful experience for my massage with Lesley. She was friendly, kind, professional and incredibly good at her job. The spa atmosphere was relaxing. One friend in our group did not have such a great experience with her treatment but when brought to the spas attention they took care of her concerns immediately and we were incredibly impressed with their response. All around I would recommend this spa (especially a massage from Lesley!) for anyone visiting Blue Mountain.
I had a wonderful spa day with my mother-in-law at Kalola. We both enjoyed the Ultimate Cleansing Facial and had good experiences with our aestheticians. Everything seems neat and organized, and our rooms were calm and cozy. Most of all, we had glowing skin for days! My mother-in-law is already looking forward to her next visit.
I would like to share my experience with this spa as it was only my second time at one and my moms first time. We did not care for the room that we were in, it did not have any space for us to put our things (had to put our belongings on a chair) and that we had to undress down to our nickers in front of each other. This really put us off from the start and not to mention it was absolutely freezing in the room and I had mentioned it several times. I was not overly pleased with the cleanliness of the room we were in either. I must say our girls were very friendly and courteous to our needs, I don't really have any complaints about that. However, that being said I didn't appreciate cleaning the tools while we were laying there trying to relax with our clay masks on and the noise took away from that. Also, I don't want to embarrass anyone here but when you are doing the service that we were doing (again cost as well) I was really taken aback from the burping while she was doing my facial. That was a huge turn off...I just wanted to run out of there after that. The thing that bothered me the absolute most was the fact that the receipt was handed to me and put on the table right in front of my mom with the price of the service...that was a gift and I made that very clear when booking the appointment. I don't typically leave reviews like this but I paid a lot of money for this and I feel like it was a big disappointment and clearly my expectations were WAY to high.
