I would say that I have been able to kept 40 lbs. off since I first went to Kym in 2015. She helped me understand what foods were not good for me and when I changed my diet I shed 40 lbs. Feels great and there is no going back. I still see her and she is very supportive. Would recommend her to anyone that wants to figure out what's happening with your health .

Kym is an incredibly inspired informed and educated conduit for a system of healing that was new to me when I began my healing journey with her. As a Yoga teacher, I am aware that our body can hold the secrets to our health and wellness, and Kym really has the skills and knowledge to tap into that source in a gentle and totally non invasive way. She has really helped me resolve issues from my relationship to food to my relationship to my son, and besides which, she is a delightful and caring human. I would recommend her to anyone.
