I took my Harley there mint condition to have tires replaced Tim scratched my wheels and did not put the axle retainer back on the front wheel proper nor did he use a torque wrench 180 cash 1200 damages bike is off to a licensed mechanic to get fixed thanks Tim for wrecking my wheels I learned a valuable lesson about back yard mechanics small price to pay big lesson i would not take a bicycle to that place to have work done

Seen Kar-Ter & Son Repair sign driving by Thamesville, ont. Called and Tim answer and he was knowledgeable, professional. Took my motorcycle in right away. Tim explained everything to me. Bike had dyno- kit in it when i bought it. So Tim fixed everything that was wrong with poor running motorcycle. Now running A1. Quality- was spot on, Value- exceptional, Professionalism- extremely knowledgeable, Punctuality- respects the valve of time to customer. KAR-TER & SON REPAIR is an amazing place and did an amazing job on my 1995 Ace Honda Shadow and really took great care of my bike. This is my first year with a motorcycle and Tim took great care checking the bike and replacing what was needed and also explained everything to me each day. The communication and knowledge is amazing from Tim and his team members. I recommend this place for repairs or even questions, you will not be disappointed at all.

Sorry for the delay on my review. But considering it's rained every damn day since you fixed my bike I didn't feel I could give an honest review until I gave her a good run. Well low and behold FINALLY on Sunday the sun came out and a couple friends and I headed to Port Stanley. Considering I was riding alongside a couple really nice bikes I was a little nervous how mine would hold up. Well thanks to you, it did great. Thanks for fixing me up & saving me from any razzing from my friends. Hopefully my next drop in will just be to say hi. But if I have any issues I know where to go 1st. Thanks again
