I like this place, I'm not your large equipment buyer more home owner and it doesn't matter how big or small your purchase I felt I was treated with the same respect. That said, they have quality machinery whether it's green, orange or red and white. Yup, my next piece of home owner equipment will come from this facility.
I was in this past Saturday and waited for about 15 minutes waiting to buy a new leaf blower. I left as I was going to be late for an appointment. And this was after I asked one of the employees for help. Went back in today and waited once again. Finally went up and asked for one of the blowers, paid and left. I have liked Stihl products for a long time so higher stars for quality, not so much for customer service.
Helpful knowledgeable staff. Fast friendly service. Patsy department berry efficient.
