I have had a few appointments with HG Medical/specifically Dr. Bukhres, and I really cannot say enough good things about the staff there at the reception and Dr. Bukhres, his assistance and care in his patients really shows. Thank you!

I have come across the last review about Dr.Bukhres which forced me to step in and give my honest opinion about this amazing physician. My entire family and I are under the care of this fantastic Dr. since he moved to town a few years ago. He is a very caring, empathic, knowledgeable, and very hard working Physician. He is well-known for that, everybody on our local community impressed about his amazing work and everyone is appreciate him for that . We are so grateful to have such high-quality doctors to move and work and hopefully to stay on our community. It really upsets me to see this negative ( Slander) and untruthful falls, discouraging comments about our Physicians and especially Dr. Bukhres. As a community we should not let this bad behavior affecting our great health care workers and specifically about the very GOOD once. Please remember that these doctors are human been as well and they have guidelines and regulation for then to work under. If you are asking for something can not be done for whatever reason, that does not mean its ok to destroy the 99% of the great work that they do for us all. Please leave your negativity to yourselves. To our mazing Dr. Bukhres, please don't let this discourage you, keep doing what you doing, everybody appreciate you great work. Sahra,
I had lined up an online meeting with Dr. Bukhres to extend coverage and continue with services that were already being given to myself from ICBC. I was in a severe car accident where I was hit from behind about a year ago and my back injuries have been on and off throughout the year, getting much worse in the last couple months. Recently, I have found some success with Chiro, physio and kinesiology. But, in order for ICBC to continue providing these services, they needed a doctor's note. Dr. Bukhres outright refused because he was not initially involved in the accident, so I asked if I could see him in person for a proper assessment, of which he also refused; would not see me in person at all. He then insinuated that he was doing me a favor by even taking me as a call-in. That I was his only patient that he has taken on recently, and he would not be willing to see me or provide info to ICBC. This Dr. seems lazy and not willing to make a plan that works in these COVID times. I would not suggest going to this Doctor. He will not put in the effort to find solutions to your needs. I have heard negative reviews of this clinic locally and I regretfully can confirm these reviews as being true
The reception (Nancy and Edna) refused to let me know why my appointments were moved from face to face to phone appointments. I was ready to see the Dr. I had one set by ER Dr for 10am, then, the Dr moved it to 2, then, moved to phone appointment, not in office. I was in ER the previous morning to being told to wait for a phone call. I waited and kept my phone on me with no call? I asked to speak to someone and she said, "I don't know how that is supposed to help you?" She then kept cutting me off saying "no one can help you, everyone is gone!" I tried to tell her my situation and there was absolutely no compassion or willingness to assist me. She did not let me explain at all why I needed help, and when I tried, she said, "Bye," and hung up.
As if I specifically googled walk-in clinic Terrace BC and the HG comes up first. I then phoned and asked for an appointment and mention to the doctor that I had seen at my last appointment wasn’t availableb for two weeks. I then asked if I could see somebody else and I was told “we are not a walk in clinic” I suggest this be fixed please as When I started going there they were a walk in”
This place was incredible. Clean, little to no waiting, and all the doctors I’ve seen there have been amazingly thorough. Their nurses are also extremely lovely and kind. Dedicated clinic that is also open on Saturdays (thank goodness). A 5 star, would absolutely recommend for any health needs.
Never had a bad experience here. Great environment, friendly doctors, and hard working staff. I can always get in for same day bookings and get in close to or exactly at my booked time. So glad I don’t have to wait two hours in the waiting room after checking in for my appointment anymore like I did at Park.
