This is a really beautiful place even in winter! The falls are open for viewing. You can't park right beside them but from the parking spot that is open now (right off the highway) it is just a short (700 m) walk to the viewing spot. The trail is very well groomed so we were happy that we didn't obey the sign "road closed" and still decided to make it to the fall on foot.

Great stop along Hwy 17! If you're not up for a walk then the viewing platform provides a lovely view of the falls and gorge, but if you have some time you can take the trail to a bridge further downstream. If you decide to keep going you'll eventually get to Terrace Bay Beach. A brief note; you can also drive separately to Terrace Bay Beach and walk up to the bridge if you are short on time.

A beautiful little stop if you need to stretch your legs from a long drive. The path to the falls walking is short, and a boardwalk so it is very accessible and comfortable. A nice view and very safe. There is a trail nearby to walk to the beach. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to make the hike. Public washrooms were open at this time. It’s just a short drive off the highway maybe five minutes if that. Worth a stop !

There is a lookout to the Aguasabon Falls. To get better view cross the gate and walk and you will reach a spot. Be careful.

Easy walk to see the views. Peaceful and relaxing. The water is so clear and to gorge is pretty amazing to look at. I really appreciated the other signs that provided background of the area. If you stop at the gorge do not forget to head back towards town to see the beach.

Make sure to stop here! Interesting lookout for the gorge and the falls. You could also take a quick hike (2 km) to a bridge across the chutes.

A GORGEous must stop on the Trans Canada highway. Spectacular and not many people in the middle of the day. There are some picnic tables and an outhouse.

Aguasabon Falls and Gorge are absolutely spectacular to observe and easy to reach. It only takes about five minutes to walk from the parking lot along a boardwalk to a lookout that enables you to admire the scenery.
