BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've ordered my new iPhone through the Richmond Center store but somehow the address was missing one number for the house number and Purolator doesn't allow for address change. I needed to get to Telus but the Customer support number is difficult to get through. Walked into this store since it's close to my work and asked if they can assist. Yes, they instantly told me they have my desire iPhone 12 Pro MAX in stock and they can activate for me right away having me to cancel the other order. Fine, after half an hour of activation/transfer, I had to pay the taxes on the iPhone, which is the same as of the other branch but this store, charged me a service fee of 35 without letting me know in advance and the charge for a new SIM card for 20. Wow! Richmond Center's Telus store doesn't charge those two items and, if I would have known I have to pay more with this, I would have waited for another day or two and change the address for the other same phone. Rommel finally removed the 20 SIM card charge as I wasn't happy... I still needed to pay for their service fee of 35 taxes of which I am not comfortable with. Why would other stores able to give me the same service but not charging for service fees? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE YOUR CHOICE OF BUYING/ORDERING THE SAME PHONE WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA SERVICE CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
