The staff at this bank are amazing and helpful, always have been. The rest of the organization is terrible at best. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour trying to clear up a small business matter. It scares me to think that a small business matter takes over an hour, I could only imagine how bad it would be on the personal banking side. Obviously Nationals time is very precious, business owners time means nothing. It’s very hard to justify spending over an hour on the phone for any and all matters. After being on hold, transferred about 5 times for no reason, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I could not speak to a manager, not receive their contact info, etc. I was told a manager would call me but it would be 3 days. I used to feel confident when my old branch manager was with National (Ludo M), he went above and beyond, now I don’t know who the branch manager is, never met him, talked to him, etc.
