Both of my sons had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Stapleford, in office, under IV sedation. The experience from consultation through to dismissal was smooth and comfortable. The level of professionalism, skill, organization, and customer service by all staff members and Dr Stapleford was top notch. I have recommended this office to many, and will continue to do so!

Dr. Shuren did an amazing job removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He gave me an IV Sedation and I didn’t feel or notice anything. I woke up feeling great, no pain at all even during the first night after the extraction! The nurses were also very friendly and patient. Recommend them very much! Thanks for the great experience!

Today I took my 7 year old for a couple teeth extractions. I wanted to start by saying that their office is beautiful. Their staff is very polite and professional and made my daughter feel very comfortable. My daughter hasn’t previously needed dental work until today so I was a bit worried how she would react. Now she’s been asking me when she can go back! She loved Dr. Shuren she said he was very gentle with her and he was very nice. My experience at their office today was fantastic. I am very happy how safe they have made us feel during this pandemic time and how very well organized they all are! Thank you so much for such a great experience today Dr Shuren & staff!

Dr. Shuren was great! It was my first time getting teeth pulled, but Dr. Shuren and the staff made my experience very pleasant and pain-free! Even post op instructions were clear and made the recovery process very smooth. I feel at ease now knowing he will be doing my jaw surgery next year.

All staff have been kind, compassionate and professional throughout our experience so far at this office. During my daughter’s consultation, Dr. Laschuk was very thorough and detailed in his assessment. He took time to ensure that my daughter understood her options for her jaw surgery along with the risks and benefits of each option. Dr. Laschuk empowered my daughter to be an active participant in her own health decisions and ensured she was on board with the plan and asked several times throughout our consultation if she had any questions for him. My daughters wisdom tooth removal went very well today. All staff ensured she was comfortable throughout entire process and I’m confident that her future jaw surgery will go smoothly as well.

My daughter has had 2 separate procedures done here, and the staff have been nothing short of amazing each time! They are patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure that you are aware of what is happening, and comfortable. My daughter was very well taken care of, and didn't even require any extra medication for pain management after both of her procedures. She was back to her normal, cheerful self in no time!! I highly recommend Great Lakes Oral!!
