I was asked to meet with my business service coordinator and was told they weren’t there upon arriving... I specified a date and time that was provided yet I was told their email server was down and was not received. If it was down, why did I not get a ‘failed to send’ from my own client. I am led to believe that was a lie. I was willing to wait as this individual was apparently nearby, but then I was told “they will be busy all afternoon”. I left work early to be told this. I was nice enough to fill out a survey that would further support this organization, and I was treated like this.. Really disappointed.
