Very elegant and welcoming spot. They provide generous portions and for fair prices. I enjoyed the menu a lot and the staff members were super personal and chatty. Highly recommended.

Busy place. Staff are helpful and friendly. The high tea was good. One thing that I was not happy about and made me feel uncomfortable was a small part of the tablecloth was wet and it smelt like fresh bleach. I was concerned that my top would be bleached staind if I had put my arm on the wet spot instead of my hand.
So I know it's COVID and everything, but I called yesterday to book a high tea for my sister who was driving down from Toronto. I requested a reservation for 1:30 on Saturday, I was told it was no reservations, first come first serve basis at this time. Fine. I asked the woman on the phone, 'Based on your experience what is the likelihood of getting a table? ' I was told o problem.\ So, we drive from Stoney Creek across town to Dundas, my sister from Toronto, only to be told no high tea, no breakfast after 12, only some dry looking cookies and muffins. So headed to Collins Brewhouse. Disappointed that the young woman who fielded my call did not mention that the kitchen closes at 12, especially since they're listed as being open until 3! What's the point?
I picked up some scones yesterday and they were delicious!!! The staff I interacted was friendly. I will definitely go back for more scones. In case anyone else is wondering what their hours are right now, they were opened from 9 am to 2 pm yesterday (Saturday).
Super cute place with a great tea selection and delicious treats. The afternoon tea for one comes with enough for two!
