I came in here for my nose piercing. I saw Domenico. Immediately I felt at ease. He clearly knows what he is doing. The job was done professionally, extremely friendly and very comforting he put me at ease through the process. Also the after care was stellar since I had issues arrive and Domenico handled them expertly. Have less than zero hesitation about coming back to this place! Clean, professional and friendly.

Place is clean, which is essential since it is a tattoo/piercing shop....2 of us got tattooed in one session by the amazing PHIL....which was outstanding..... very talented and I will be going back soon to get another tattoo done.....the other staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.....

Staff were very disorganized and unprofessional. They took my deposit but didn't schedule my appointment and lost my design 3 times. The artist was late and not prepared for the appointment nor were there any discussions, opinions, or suggestions made during the process. He added shading to my tattoo that was not agreed upon. They do not provide any information (pricing, aftercare, etc...) upfront, you must ask for it. Payments for deposits and tattoos are cash only. Disappointed and annoyed with the whole experience. Would not recommend coming here.
