The machine is not user friendly. The parking building is crumbling, has trash, alcohol bottles, needles on the stairs. This building (across from University Hospital)is unkempt and the company is located in Toronto. The machine is antiquated and will charge you wrongly. I contacted the company regarding my charges several times to no avail. I emailed the company within 30 minutes and 3 weeks later, I received a response from Rick stating that I should have contacted him on the day of the incident and now it is too late to help. I replied him and now he is ignoring my emails. My money is paying their salary. I wonder what their mission, vision and values were when they started this business. I will call the BBB.

There is only one pro of this place and that is it’s probably the cheapest place the park around the hospital. The cons are that it’s filthy, the parkade spaces are quite small, I’ve had lots of friends have break ins there, there is always garbage in the stairways. I will continue to park there due to the prices but could definitely use better upkeep.
I've had the locks picked on my car multiple times and the glove box/console gone theough. I have no valuables inside nor anything visible, it's just senseless Today they took it a step further and cut out the catalytic converter from underneath my car leaving it in need of expensive repairs. This occurred during the day I might add, so basically park at your own risk
No cameras on the cars for security. Very disgusting and unkept. They do not help if your car is broken into (which mine was) and they don't even clean up the glass after a break in. I was given a parking ticket while I was paying for a monthly parking pass and when I brought up the mistake I was screamed at by the man who gave me it. I have seen pills, needles etc. around the place that are never cleaned up. I feel so bad for people who have to park their or the apartments attached to it.
My car got broken in to this afternoon and everything in there was stolen, the front passenger window is shuttered completely! I do not recommend this parking lot because it’s easy for anyone to come inside and no one would know it’s shady and dark inside and a lot of shady people around. I cancelled my monthly pass as of today and will never park here again!
