I've lived here for 26 years now, and on the 3rd different ownership. Only thing that changes, is the lot rent increases, and the less they do for us! Major water issues, and roads are not fixed in a timely manner.

They only let little happy dogs in the park it stops a lot of people from renting there because of this

Burton Estates: Grass has not been mowed in 3 weeks but when they did it last, they mowed over the garbage, some houses have siding and/or skirting missing, there are several NEW large dogs in the park, street sweeping was done, but the sand was put onto our lawns, snow removal was pathetic last 3 years, there are couches and mattresses sitting in people's yards for weeks now...this place is a joke and the lot rent will increase again in Feb. There are a lot of written rules, yet nothing is enforced! It used to be such a beautiful park, now its a dive! I would actually give this park ZERO stars if i could, but it wouldn't let me.
we moved into one of there rental properties and it had skirting missing that we replaced and the roof was leaking that we fixed and then on move out date we cleaned the house spotless and then they charge us 400 dollars for cleaning fraud because the house was in much better shape then when we moved in we even did the drive way because it was all dirt and mud so stay away do not rent from these people. we just got a call back from them and they say yea the fridge was dirty so i asked that cost 400 dollars the girl says oh and the stove so again please stay away from this company its not worth it and the nb government hold onto your 1100 dollar deposit and they only give you back what capreit takes out there is no rights for the renter in nb/new brunswick
