Took a jacket in to have the zipper replaced and they lost it. The lady at the store kept repeating \people pick up without a receipt\. Curious as to why she didn't confirm a name and phone number before handing the jacket over? They did pay what we asked for the jacket, but not once did they apologize for losing it. Quite the opposite in fact, the manager yelled at us because ow he has to have security policies and it's all our fault\. He says he feels sorry for all his customers because of us. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but as for their customer service, it is by far the worst I've ever encountered! This was the first we have ever used them and will be definitely be the last. Highly recommend to avoid at all cost!!!
Excellent workmanship (tailoring) at a reasonable cost. Dry Cleaning can be pricey compared to other outlets, ask for pricing up front to avoid any surprises.
