Contacted Cool Toyz in November 2019 about booking a shack in February 2020. I received a phone call from an employee early December 2019 stating they would provide me rates and a package soon, but the date was reserved for my family and me so not to worry. Throughout the following months of December and January, I texted, emailed, and phoned looking for confirmation and to pay my deposit with no response. I sent several more text messages today to which I finally received a response that all the "shacks were booked for the season, but Cool Toyz appreciated my inquiry." Brutal customer service now leaving me in a tough situation to find another venue.

Such an amazing place! Cant wait to get out on the powerd surfboards with the family. The owners are so nice and hospitable i recommend this for everyone this summer. Get out and have fun with Cool Toyz
Great way to go ice fishing comfortably and enjoy nature during the winter. Was looking for something different to do in the winter that was close by and affordable. Had an excellent time. Very unique experience and the staff was very accommodating.
My daughter & I wanted to try something new & fun. Cool toyz definitely delivered. The staff were great and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.
I had the best time ever icefishing. Definately the nicest hut I've ever seen. Great service. We will definitely be doing this again.
Can’t say anything about the ice fishing since nobody got back to me about booking. I tried calling and emailing through their web site... Nothing! Maybe work on your customer service a little. Will try something else!
Everything was awesome but the fish weren’t biting. Super fun day!
