Jolene is the only the female you need for your electric vehicle purchase. She is really passionate and knowledgeable about her stuff and most all she goes above and beyond to make your best experience at Ride and Winds a very memorable one. She is awesome and quite an remarkable woman. I recommend any one looking for an Ebike to go to see her at her shop in Sutton. Im very ecstatic about my purchase.

Love, Love my new Emmo VGO 4.0 bike! Due to an auto immune condition that has compromised my lungs I hadn’t ridden a bicycle in years. I have had my e-bike for 6 weeks now and the freedom I feel when riding is incredible! I do feel like a kid again, Jolene! (I’m 62!) I highly recommend buying from Ride the Wind E-Bikes. Jolene is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing service I been riding for 3 year and bye far the best place to buy your bike the owner is very helpful very nice and went over and above to make sure I got the right bike. She answer any questions and delivered my bike on Saturday at 9pm an hour out side the city. I do not know of any other shop that would do that. I highly recommend to new and older riders this shop.
