Terrible storage facility with terrible staff. Nothing but problems. Storage unit wasn't clean or empty when I had scheduled for a move in 2 weeks prior. Equipment was left inside and 2 of the 4 garage doors were not working properly (which never got fixed the whole time during my lease, meaning I had to manually open the door and manufacture my own locking system from the inside). They tried charging me for a bigger unit than I had, until I took measurements, with photos, to prove it was a smaller unit. Over a 2 month period, and continued discussions with staff and management, they finally charged me the correct amount. Management was continually rude and unprofessional over the phone. Key fob was also deactivated at random times and if no staff member was in the office I would be locked out for the day. The front desk staff also changed 3 times over a 6 month period which just goes to show you what type on management they have. A horrible experience with this storage company and if you can find another one in the area. Go to it instead.

My son rented storage here. They were very courteous and gave him a good deal. He was able to keep a few things there until the very last day without incurring an additional month's charge, he had to use up the first and last. Only gripe - the FREE TRUCK advertised out on the driveway isn't free. You need a credit card, renting it costs around 70, you return it gassed up, and you put a 2500 security deposit on your credit card as a pending charge. I get that you would have to pay. But - not fair in many circumstances for a person who's in a spot due to being bankrupted, or separated, or forced out of house and home - for which a Free Truck looks like a dream come true. It's rather misleading. Like bait and switch. So, I subtracted a few stars.
Was a tenant for a couple of months while the house was being renovated. No issues with the move in. The unit I rented met my needs. I would recommend them.
The whole time I have used this place has been one problem after another. I lost my key fob, took about 2 months to get a new one (that I paid for) they got it, then lost it. Ruined a 500 tire because its been under construction for over a year. Ran over a piece of metal. Door broke in the winter. Stuck about 3ft or more open. Took weeks to repair as well so, spent a lot of time not having access and, losing money as we stored our equipment there as well. Do not reccomend. Intro promos are great. Price after, not great. They also continue to change the date they charge my credit card. So 1. I can't cancel, 2. I have double paid for several days.
Im very pleased with my storage in sutton, Michaela was awesome, so efficient and knowledgeable. The 10 x10 unit i rented was clean and easy to access and the cost was affordable. Thankyou
