Hi there ! John came over Sat & pumped out my septic system. I just wanted to say he is great at doing what he does, he is a total pro & gave us great advice on maintaining our septic system. Stefan is a true professional, and is very good educator. I did know anything about septic systems, he was able to easily guide me through not only how the septic system works, but also was very thorough in his assessment, and what we should be looking out for when dealing with the maintenance schedule.
Stefan completed our first septic and well home inspection. He is highly knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and professional. He writes a very detailed report and is able to provide excellent advice. Our problem with getting the water running was a complicated one. We were recommended by Reliance to have the septic tank drained. We called 3 companies and the highest was a 1000 plus. When we called Stephan at LSK Septic and Drain, he was available on Saturdays which was great as we travel from Toronto to the cottage. His fees are very reasonable. Stephan is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled at various issues. First we had the septic tank drained, an overspill pipe installed and the block in the pipes were cleared at a reasonable price. Stephan then sent his camera down the drain to show us the blockage. Two days later we got a video of the pipes cleared. We would highly recommend Stephan, for your Septic tank issues. We are recommending our neighbours to use him. So please do yourself a favor and look at his website, you will not regret it.
