My experience with White Rock Volkswagen exceeded my expectations by leaps & bounds! The entire process from start to finish was professional, informative and I'd even say it was FUN! Graig, responded to my online inquiry within a minute, kept close communication with me and greeted me at the dealership upon my arrival. Tony patiently & thoroughly walked me through the features and operations of my (new to me) Beetle convertible. Gurpreet painlessly processed the sale quickly and efficiently with personality plus! Duncan was punctual in picking me up and safely transported me to the dealership in style & comfort. He was also very polite and friendly. I've purchased 3 vehicles over the last 4 years and never had a positive experience like this! Shaun who provided my insurance was also professional and friendly. I've worked in customer service for over 35 years and I can honestly say you all NAILED IT! Covid protocols were closely followed throughout making me feel safe and respected! I can't thank you guys enough! My new car is AMAZING! I'm actually sorry it's over! It was 100% a great experience! YOU GUYS ROCK!

We had a small budget to finance and he patiently showed us all alternatives we had within our budget. He is very knowledgeable, answered all questions without being pushy. My wife and I are no strangers to car dealerships, as we have purchased several vehicles throughout the years. As our second vehicle -purchased privately and lasted the longest...is getting up there in age and mileage, we decided to venture out to our neighborhood White Rock VW. Having had some negative experiences over the years with the majority of dealerships we dealt with, we were still cautiously optimistic. We were greeted by Rob Smith, who allowed us time to look at a few vehicles, answered several of our questions and sent us off to a couple test drives, hassle and pressure free. Once we decided on a beautiful blue Certified Preowned Golf Sportwagen, Rob walked us through some of our finance options that were simple and clear. Since it was Saturday, we left a deposit and decided to pick up the car a couple of days later, once they dealt with a couple minor cosmetic issues and detailed the vehicle. As soon as we arrived, Rob walked us right to our new car and started explaining how everything worked, including all the features of the infotainment system. Next was our meeting with the finance rep Gurpreet Basi, to go over and sign the paperwork. This is the part which I usually dread the most, as it is often a lengthy back and forth, emotionally draining experience. I was pleasantly surprised on how seamless the whole process was. Gurpreet was very thorough and did an amazing job explaining every little detail. All though we opted out of any additional warranty, Gurpreet was a true professional and walked us through all our options. After a quick meeting with a very pleasant insurance rep, we were on our way. It was so refreshing to have such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Did I mention we also got unlimited car washes and 2 gold detail packages:) Thank you Rob Smith and team!!!
