In the most difficult time, compounded by international borders and a pandemic, we needed help. We needed people we could trust and who would respect our family member who passed. We needed caring and thoughtfulness. Our family is so grateful to have found Victory Memorial Park Funeral Center and the wonderful Caroline and Tyrus who both were flawless in their assistance. Every step was handled to exceed our expectations. Above all their genuine concern and care has meant the world to us when we needed it most.

Really appreciated the guidance Tyrus provided related to the different burial options and the overall funeral and memorial process. We were most grateful for his guidance on cultural and spiritual etiquette. We had no idea what needed and should be done. Tyrus has a wealth of knowledge on various traditions. He was able to gauge what elements our family would find meaningful and suitable just by asking us a few questions. He was kind, patient and although funerals are a delicate and taboo topic, Tyrus was sincere and answered all our questions thoroughly. We felt at ease, knowing that we would be able to pay our last respects and commemorate our loved ones in a meaningful way. We felt we were in good hands.
The team at Victory Memorial Park were very understanding and did not pressure us into purchasing when we were initially given the quotes for the burial plot for my mom. Alyssa Yan did an outstanding job of getting to know our family and catering to our needs within our budget. Caroline Alvarado was our funeral director and did an exceptional job of explaining what would happen on the day of the service, explaining the COVID restrictions related to the viewings and service/burial, and was prompt in responding to my questions via email. Everything went smoothly on the day of the service. Would recommend Victory Memorial Park to my friends and family members.
I dealt with Sherry Cameron a few times during the last year of my Mom's life. She was always very helpful. On the night my Mom passed, she helped me through what needed to be done. At the funeral home we sat with Teresa Breakwell. She was amazing. Soft spoken, understanding, and was extremely patient as she walked Bev and I through the pile of forms etc that we had brought in. The surroundings, were very nice, and clean. And all Covid guidelines were carefully followed. Thank you.
During a difficult and emotional time, the team at Victory Memorial were sympathetic, caring and eased the process especially since we had not made any previous arrangements for Mum. Nicole was incredibly helpful!! I highly recommend Victory Memorial.
