I had connected with the owner of this cleaning company, and agreed upon services. Once my cleaning appointment was booked, they called to reschedule my cleaning to 2 days later so I rearranged my work schedule accordingly. The night prior to my rescheduled cleaning they texted to confirm my address, then 2 hours later they called and cancelled my cleaning appointment all together & then rudely asked me: “is it really necessary to have your cleaning this year?“ I cannot speak to their cleaning ability, but their customer service and business operations seem extremely unorganized, unreliable and ultimately very unprofessional.

They were very professional and showed up on time which is always a plus. Everyone was really friendly as well. The quote they gave me for my 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was pretty reasonable. Overall I had a good experience with this company and would definitely consider them again the next time I need another cleaning.

Best Cleaning service you can ask for. They are professional all around, proficient and show up right on time. Most of the time you deal with maid service who tend to be in the way when you are working at home but they definitely know how clean without bothering you.
