I am absolutely blown away by these guys... I called in looking for a part on my bathroom faucet that had gone faulty. I had gone to 3 or 4 different stores beforehand and nobody had anything in stock. The guy I talked to over the phone told me they didn't carry this part, but helped me with what the part I needed to get from another supplier. The supplier sent the part to me at no cost to me, I was floored. Never did this guy try to upsell me on another faucet or some other service. I called numerous plumbers and they wanted 500 just to show up to look at the problem. Not a good solution. This type of customer service and honesty is so difficult to find. Especially in today's day and age. I am very thankful for this person because they saved me several hundred dollars. The next time I am in need of anything these guys will be my absolute first place I go to. Not Andrew Sheret, not Rona, not Home Depot. Universal Supply in Langley is truly a business that puts the customer first.

The guy here was extremely nice and professional, they had a great selection of products as well as extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had been to at least five other plumbing/HVAC supply store before finding this place. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Out of all the places that I've had work done to my house and I've had a lot of work inside and out from top to bottom so when I tell you I know what a good company is this is the only one so far out of all the companies that I really think they know what they're Doing
I had a such great experience at Universal Supply Langley to the point that I actually wanted to write a review.The staff were friendly, personable and asked the right questions to help me figure out exactly what I needed. The shipping was fast and prices were competitive. I am looking forward to working with them again in my future renovations.
