Ordered Two Small Men for my Move from Surrey to Victoria Drive in Vancouver. Driver Aaron & Helper Travis showed up on time. I found Aaron to be polite and professional. Travis Was Not! He had a chip on his shoulder throughout the move bullying both Aaron and myself (the Customer!). Usually, in this business, it is supposed to be the Driver who is the Supervisor. But in this case, 'Helper' Travis was rude and obnoxious to both Driver Aaron and myself. When we got to the destination and got my belongings off loaded, I figured out why Travis was so irritable. He immediately started searching for a place to get some Cigarettes. He was rude and irritable because he was having Nicotine Withdrawl Symptoms because he had no Smokes. Seeing as Aaron was good and professional, I would use this company again with Aaron but with someone else other than 'Helper' Travis. 2 Stars Deducted due to Helper's Bullying Attitude.

Anton and Jan arrived promptly and did an amazing job meeting my moving needs. They were kind, personable and very customer service focused. All my furniture arrived in the same shape it was sent in. I would recommend Anton and Jan if you are looking for 2 good guys who get the job done. Thank you Anton and Jan for a friendly and professional work ethic - you made moving a pleasant experience!
We ordered a crew of 3 and they were short one hand due to family emergency, and a little late coming because of that. The two-man team threw their backs into a very heavy and challenging move and made up for it. Very impressed
Worst moving company ever !!! Showed up over an hour late , 2 of the 3 workers looked like zombies getting out of the truck and the other I'm sure was on drugs (im not usually one to judge ) they damaged things they were asked to be careful with , they somehow lost important items and took almost 2 hours to get to the new house which was a 20 minute drive from the old house because one of the employees was \having a bad day\ . All being said this is the first time I have ever used a moving company and will definitely be the last ... If I could give you zero stars I definitely would .
Hey where'd all my stuff go? Eric and his partner in Edmonton were highly professional, positive, reliable and super-efficient!!! They are driving my things to storage in Calgary....and because of these 2 gentlemen, I will be use the company as soon as I find my place in Calgary. Highly recommend!
