Had to arrange an airport transfer. Called the office and the booking was done ASAP. Very polite and courteous. Our flight landed earlier then expected and we were out of the terminal much earlier and were surprised that the driver was waiting for us before time. Kudos to Driver Sunny. Very professional. I hired a town car to pick my wife up from YVR (as I was unable to self-isolate for 14-days due to work/COVID) and I maintained distance and convoyed back home in my own car. They complimentarily upgraded our town car to a luxury SUV, came early so I could place some refreshments in the back (pic attached) and helped her with her bags with all due care. For my wife and I to be separated, not to mention her exhausting travels with the pandemic regulations, Time Limousine's services instilled confidence and sighs of relief. I have never seen such Accurate and efficient limousine Service in town, 100% Accurate and timely service on a very reasonable price. I recommend this to every one around me. i have also hired them for my sisters marriage and got two limousines , they provided excellent pick drop and tour service in lower mainland. I used Time Limo for my 16 year wedding anniversary night and I was very happy with the experience! They confirm multiple times all the details. Bob, the driver, called ahead to confirm the exact pick up and he was perfectly on time. Everything went perfectly and they charged exactly what they said they would! I recommend this company.
Nice looking SUV, but the driver would not turn down the air that was blasting throughout the vehicle. We were very disappointed in Time Limousine as they heavily billed us for overtime of the limo. We can understand running late for 30 minutes, but we were required to walk 10 minutes to and from our photo shoot area which made us run overtime of 20 minutes even though there was a road to our destination. As a result, they billed us for being 30 minutes late and charged 90 for this. We tried to resolve this with management as we felt the fine was too much. We understand we were late but I think limo companies should let their customers know that the vehicle may not be able to take their passengers exactly to their designated spot. To top it off, we can understand a small late fee, but to charge 90 is ridiculous. What a cash grab! We will definitely not be using this company again nor would we recommend it to others. We feel they took advantage of the situation to earn an extra 90 from us for 20 minutes and they were not willing to work with the customer to resolve it. Really disappointed in their customer service. We were also advised to tip prior to receiving service. If I had known the outcome of the day, I would not have agreed to tip the set rate by them. Tips should be up to the customer and the amount should be determined by them, not the company way ahead of the date. If possible, I would like to request a change in the tip amount and receive some funds back.
