I can’t say enough good thinks about The Piano Movers! The attention to detail and care with our piano and home was amazing. Everyone was so polite and so kind. During COVID I really appreciated the precautionary measures they took arriving with PPE. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much guys!

I called them a month ago and asked to move my piano across the street I talked to Tom. Tom said he will be in my area several times before the due date to my the piano. He said he’ll call me back and let me know and also charge half the amount because he’ll be in the area. I called at least twice and left messages. He never called me back. I moved my Piano myself and it’s been at least a week or more and still he’s had no contact with me. Originally he sounded very promising on the phone and the best group to go with but they do not follow through. Extremely disappointed. I would’ve loved to have a good experience and use them again down the road for another move but because of this I think I’ll be going elsewhere. If I were you I wouldn’t rely on them At all. They don’t return messages and are unreliable. I wish the situation was different.
I agree with the lack of communication. We booked to move the piano from Surrey to Burnaby a week ago. There was no response to our messages other than the first contact, which gave me worries till the day before that I finally got talking to them. However, I was very impressed with their attitude and their professionalism. The piano was well protected, wrapped, and moved. I would recommend them to anyone or use them again in the future.
I contacted this company to move a piano and they did not get back to me. Even after several texts. Not recommended
I would love to be able to review these guys for their actual help. Instead, they are making it impossible to even book their services! I sent in an email form requesting a quote. Didn't hear back. Then called. Heard back, and they wanted to do it that very afternoon because they were in the area. While I did really appreciate the offer, I couldn't get ahold of the folks that were giving up the piano, so we couldn't do that. Piano Movers told me they'd be back out in my area again in a few days. I asked them to call the day prior and we could go ahead. They didn't call. I called them and left a message two days after they said they'd be able to do it. They still haven't called me back. So, unless you're cool with chasing these people down, try elsewhere.
