Worst service at Langley/Surrey. Avoid this location at all cost. Took me over two hrs wait to get car, no one showed me anything or never told me that had 24 hrs to report any issues. Then the manager called me only to tell me that they had largest volume of pickups. Seriously disappointing. They seriously should look at doing some changes in staffing in Langley. My recommendation to Tesla really look at the customer service journey and experience at this location. Langley/Surrey does not meet Tesla brand values or experience. Avoid Surrey/Langley location. Worst service and experience in my life. I will only go to west 1st location as the service is exceptional. They really care about the customer and have A service. Love the car and car is amazing.

Friendly staff and amazing cars
Booked a test drive at Langley location on the website. Sales guy said he had a Model 3 available for a test drive today no problem but then after going through a short conversation regards to when I will purchase a car he then said I can't test drive it because I need to book an appointment first which I did on the website thats why I came all the way from Surrey. He didn't meet my expectations and he probably assume that I probably can't afford the car just because I pulled up in a 2003 Corolla. What a joke. Never coming back!
Atrocious customer service. Not only were they late for my scheduled test drive, while I waited outside the dealership in the rain, but the sales person was rude and condescending. I get that Tesla doesn't need my business today, but the market is cornered less and less everyday making the competitors offerings more and more compelling. Especially with company ambassadors like this.
Awesome service! Raj and Oliver were the individuals responsible for helping us order and take delivery of our new Tesla.
I came to this location for a test drive. I expressed my interest through Tesla website and the store reached out to me to arrange a test drive. They were able to book for me in the same week, and had no problem to change my date when I had a conflict and called them. On the test drive day, the SA (Oliver) heard that I was comparing between 5 & 7 seater model Y so he swapped the test drive vehicle (I believe was assigned a 5 seater) on the spot to let me test drive (and "test fit") a 7 seater model Y. Also to mention that I drove a 16-year-old Chevrolet there, but no one made any judgement based on that. The SA provided me good information on Tesla features and payment options (including trading in that old Chevrolet), and guided me through the ordering process.
Went in to see the new place, staff was amazing, very friendly a d clearly excited to get this new facility working at full capacity! This is the beginning of something amazing I'm thinking for the lowermainland!!
Worst service ever. No clue how to talk to customers. very rude. Gonna buy from another location. “NOT RECOMMENDED"
