One of their windows broke on our patio. We got installed maybe 2 years ago and have had to beg for them to replace the window. I have phoned them and they would said they would replace it, but never did. I found the whole experience very unfortunate, one would assume they would take pride in their work, but I guess not. Updated: I informed of the issue in September, gave me the run around until mid November. I have decided to give up on their bad business practices. I'm not sure why he would mislead me for such a long time. I would probably avoid using them for this reason alone.
