I gave birth to my daughter one year ago at surrey memorial and was well taken care of, as was my daughter. We had a private room and a whole team of staff looking after us around the clock for 2 straight days. Kind and knowledgeable doctors and nurses. We were very grateful for their attentiveness and guidance as first time parents!

Amazing hospitality at the SMH; starting with brilliant nurses, really nice plate of meal, very understanding doctors sums up my review. Except that the television cable connection (may be not be there for a reason) was down...hopefully temporarily. Unimaginable quietness, well Organized community of carers at the Hospital. We could not ask for more......Right from the registration desk till the discharge time, everything is super-perfect........And, we nicely lined up for that last leg of sandwiches & a cup of hot coffee during the bed time.....Consider your visit as a vacation in Surrey. I think that there has to be a book shelf across the Hospital. Nothing else....Kindly chip-in for Childrens' Hospital..to see a better hospital.

Busy as all hospitals are, but they have done a great job of separating possible covid patients and with social distancing.

The doctor has agreed to allow me to eat, and I have 5 days I have not eaten anything, food is being brought to my colleagues, and I do not, is it because I am alone in this country or because I sleep in the area of \u200b\u200bthe department and not in the bedroom! I told the nurse, the doctor, let me eat, could you ask me to eat! Tell me, go to the cafeteria to buy food! Why do I have federal insurance that covers all my treatment, medication, food and drink .. Isn't it my right to eat from the hospital? I die of hunger for 5 days. I haven't eaten anything. Too bad for the hospital
