I’ve been dealing with Sammys Designer Flooring since 2006. Shawn has been amazing to deal with and is always on top of things. Very well organized and a stress free process. The materials are always up to date with the most recent trends. 5/5 experience and I always recommend them to any looking who’s building or renovating their homes!

Worst experience ever! Salesperson charged me more than what was originally quoted and was told it would take 1 week to install the flooring. The person that installed the flooring did a horrible job and then told me that I need to pay extra because he had to even out my floors during the installation. The installer also took over a month to finish the job and after paying the installer this extra fee to even out my floors, my floors were still not even, there are bumps in the flooring that you can feel when you walk on it. After complaining to the manager, who said that I should not have had to pay the installer any extra fees as it was already included in my original price that I was quoted and the installer had scammed me. He was hard to get a hold of and so the company had sent a different installer due to so many flaws in the flooring from the first installer. The second installer was surprised at how badly the job was done and as a result, it \would be difficult to make it perfect\. After he tried to fix it, I can still lift pieces of flooring up as you can see in pictures I posted. My floors are uneven, and when I vacuum, I suck up small pieces of flooring that were cut jagged and just placed down, not secured. I complained to the manager and demanded a refund and was only offered to be reimbursed for what the first installer scammed me for. I also was left with cases of flooring that I was charged for, even though it was not used so the measurements that were taken in the beginning were inaccurate.
This was my second house dealing with Sammy’s flooring and Tesh who is a excellent advisor. These guys have the best selection and service and their hardwood floor and carpet installers are the best workmanship I have seen in lower mainland. Tesh was very patient and gave his expertise through out the whole time with the project. I recommend to everyone to see them and deal with tesh for anything you need
We worked with Tesh Arora from the Surrey showroom. He was so professional and provided us with so much knowledge of each product. He listened to us and helped pick out the best products for our house. It's rare that you meet someone that is genuinely interested in providing the best service and not out for a profit. For anyone looking for quality craftmanship, and someone who goes the extra mile to please his customers, look no furhter than Tesh at Sammy's. This guy went out of his way to help us choose quality carpet and hardwood in addition to assisting us with advice on home renovations (he even came to our house and made reccomendations). Tesh is not only a fisrt class person, he goes above and beyond to help his clients meet their needs. I highly reccomend Tesh. Thank you from a satisfied cutomer:)
