The technicians showed up on time and were excellent on customer service and ability. Very polite and considerate! I was worried because it rained later in the day, thinking the spray would run off, but within days the moss on my roof was turning from green to brown. A week and a half later, it's all dead. Highly recommend this company!

We live in a strata (single family homes) and our clay roofs are not allowed to be walked on because we can't replace broken tiles. Moss removal is a problem but strata allowed us to use Rotban because it provided a no walk option to deal with moss. There is a noticeable difference between the houses that did this and those that haven't. It takes longer and does not mean moss will always fall off when dead but it definitely kills the moss and inhibits growth. Rotban's warranty is outstanding. My neighbour had their roof treated recently and I saw the guys working so I asked them to have a look at my roof. They re-treated it at no charge, even though its been 3.5 years. I will definitely be using them again and continue to keep my roof looking great.
My roof was treated about 5 years ago and still great and currently they came to treat my 4x6 shed also looking good. Professional, massive integrity and marvellous service.
Owner tries to accommodate and make things right after the fact, unfortunately the onsite team is unprofessional, doesn't seem trained, cuts corners and does not do a complete job. Wouldn't trust them onsite without supervision.
I was very impressed with their professionalism, especially by their follow-up one year after our roof cleaning to make sure everything was in order.
