I visited Convoy Supplies prior to visiting Roofmart and the difference in experience was mind blowing. Roofmart is professional, and their staff are very experienced. In particular Joshua was an amazing . He was friendly, knowledgeable and understood all of my concerns. He offered me excellent pricing and made a considerable effort to fulfill my needs. The entire process was very smooth and I'm very thankful for Joshua for all his help and patience.
My husband and I do not know much about roofing so I heard from one of my girlfriends about a store called Roofmart where I was told to talk ask for a man named Joshua. After being greeted by someone as we walked through the door we were greeted warmly by a man at the front whom turned out to be the guy we were looking for. We have never been treated so well by a salesman! Not pushy but offered great advice on our current situation and broke down the components so even we could understand. Beautiful place to shop Thank you Joshua for you help and we love our new home addition.
I've come to this location a couple of times, and every time I do it's okay. This last time, however, was impeccable! I am so grateful for how helpful, patient and full of information Josh was. Will definitely be recommending Roofmart to friends.
