They dont honour their 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Their product is shoddy. Qi Life Store sells and promotes the works of David Wong. Unfortunately this company will not assist you with what it says it is about ie peace of mind, adding abundance to ones life through their PEMF technology, in fact if you were treated like I was then you will receive nothing but additional and unnecessary stress when you find out that buying the QI Coil a 3000 product, which has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee, they will not be honouring. They are extremely unprofessional and should not be trusted.
