Excellent product and service. The salesperson advised us against a new screen door for the patio and said we could just get it re-screened, which saved us quite a bit of money. We got a new screen door for the front door, and it looks great. The installer was very courteous and professional.

Just got our Phantom Screen on our front door. The product is excellent in appearance and operation. The handle lock lever works very well, much better than a magnetic holder. The install was perfect. Bruce the installer explained the operation, long warranty and left a can of silicone lubricant. That showed the high regard to their customers for the little things like lubricant. I highly recommend the product and this company. Very happy.
Have had our phantom screen for approximately 3 months now. Used almost daily and have nothing but great things to say about their product as well as their customer service. Love how the door slides in and tucks out of sight. Am constantly recommending them to family/friends admiring our screen door.
We had to take our screen down when we put in new floors. When we went to put it back up, it didn't fit. :( Called Phantom and they sent someone over to cut and re screen our existing screen. PLUS...he added the new handle/locking mechanism which is amazing! We had amazing service from the moment I called the office to the confirmation of our appointment to the installation of the screen. I would HIGHLY recommend Phantom Screens!!
