I ordered balloons for my mom's birthday and they said they could deliver it to me even though they're closed on Mondays! Amazing service and the nice man who delivered it gave me thorough instructions on how to keep the number balloons together. Definitely coming back!

First time customer here! Had inquiries in email and they reply immediately with details. The one who delivers our balloon on my sister's birthday was a really nice guy, gave us instruction on how to use, take care of the baloons, and all that jazz. I had read some reviews here and I don't understand all the negative experience. I'm happy that despite all that I gave Party Express a chance and I was not disappointed at all. Even my parents said the bouquet balloons are worth it! And they are the ones who are very picky with this ones. I'm a happy customer. Will definitely coming back and will recommend this to my friends every time we have an event or birthday party to celebrate!
If I could give this place Negative stars I would! The owner Jolene was sooooooo rude when you ask simple questions like the price for certain items. Her demeanor was so negative and rude as soon as I walked into the store. Do not shop here !!!!! Everything is over priced as well. After I told her she was rude, she refused to sell me gift wrapping paper. I will never come back and will also tell my family and friends not to shop here. Jolene , if your reading this, be kind to your customers. \Have a nice day \:)
