I had a good experience there in fact I just gave them 5 stars for that reason. I think what might be going on with the occasional negative comment is a combination of anticipation and overestimating. Often when we don't have a scale. Eyeball or hand weight estimations are highly inaccurate for obvious reasons. Stick to this rule when estimating and you'll be a bit closer to the real weight; and that is, whatever you think the weight is devide that sum in half'! Try it sometime and you might be surprised.
