Our Mother moved in to the Pacifica in March. Beautiful atmosphere and her suite is perfect! The staff are very friendly and professional and the food, all cooked IN HOUSE, is really excellent. Ken, the manager, is beyond fabulous and always makes us feel at home. Fred, the services manager, is really on top of his game and if we ever have tiny issues or questions, everything is dealt with swiftly. There is a wide variety of activities every day and the residents interact nicely together. There is a very positive vibe there and people seem so happy. I highly recommend The Pacifica!

For adult-children, one of the hardest decision in life is to place their elder parents in a care home, not because they do not care anymore to look after them, but they can't. It is why one starts looking into these service providers. This place isn't some dodgy-end-of-life-check-in places; from food to staff, management's professionalism to their facilities its so refreshing. Old folks resort/hotel type of place, recommended.
This is more than just a seniors home. This is a cruise ship on land! I used to work on cruise ships and this is a place where they offer various activities, great food and amazing experiences! A wonderful place to call home!
This place is a real gem! The food is fantastic and the staff are great! You will be amazed how you feel right at home in this lovely well managed residence.
Visited many times and everything including staff and facility are outstanding. The staff are excellent and my relative who is being cared for has nothing amazing things to say about the place. Highly recommended!
